• 3T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guide → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter

• The process starts with the hydraulic decoiler feeding the steel coil, followed by precise guiding. The embossing roller applies a textured surface to enhance bonding, followed by the roll former with 24 stations to form the desired shape. Finally, the hydraulic cutter cuts the formed deck into the required lengths.
