1. Production Line Overview

• This roll forming line targets steel structure builders and contractors. It offers precise, embossed floor deck production for medium to large-scale construction projects, ensuring high bonding strength and structural performance.

• Made of galvanized steel (0.6–1.2mm), the profile features trapezoidal ribs with embossing dots, enhancing adhesion with concrete. It’s widely used in permanent floor slabs and composite structures in steel buildings.

• 5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding Device → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter → Output Table

• Steel coils are uncoiled and guided into an embossing roller that adds mechanical patterns for better concrete adhesion. The material is then formed through 24 rolling stations and precisely cut to length with a hydraulic cutter. This setup ensures consistent profile accuracy and bonding performance in floor decking applications.
