• 10T Hydraulic Decoiler → Leveling Machine → Hydraulic Punching → Hydraulic Cut → Transfer Table → Guide → Roll Former → Out Table

• The line starts with a hydraulic decoiler, unwinding the steel. The leveling machine ensures the steel is flat. The hydraulic punching station pre-punches holes for quick installation. Hydraulic shear cuts the steel to the required length. A transfer table moves the material to the roll former, where it is shaped into the W panel profile. The final product is then collected at the out table.
