1. Production Line Overview

• Designed for steel service centers, highway safety equipment suppliers, and infrastructure contractors, this heavy-duty guardrail roll forming line provides reliable shaping and cutting for high-thickness steel, with stable production, minimal material waste, and superior profile accuracy.

2. Profile Description

• The W-beam guardrail is made from 3–4mm cold-rolled steel, featuring a wave-shaped structure for energy absorption and high impact resistance. It’s widely used in highway safety systems to prevent vehicles from veering off the road.

3. Production Process

• 7.5T Hydraulic Decoiler → First-Level Leveling Machine → Material Guiding Device → Powered Feeding Roller → Second-Level Leveling & Hydraulic Punching Station → Guiding Device → Roll Former → Flying Hydraulic Cutter

• Material is decoiled and leveled twice for precision shaping. The punched and guided steel enters a high-rigidity roll former, producing W beam profiles with tracking hydraulic cutting for accurate, high-speed shearing.
